If one of the 360 joints in the human body misaligns or doesn't move correctly, other joints are having to work double duty to not only do their job but also the job of the joint that has misaligned. This is where the doctors at Hybrid Health come into play. When joints are misaligned, a chiropractic physician can use their hands or an instrument to manipulate the joints of the body, particularly the spine, in order to restore or enhance joint function. Adjustments (or the process of correcting these misalignments) will help free the joints that are moving improperly and allow the muscles to relax.

Red light therapy -- also known as photobiomodulation (PBM) or low-level light therapy (LLLT) -- is a completely natural and non-invasive treatment that heals the body on a cellular level.
Red light boosts energy production in human cells by stimulating photoreceptor proteins called cytochrome C oxidase. This encourages the mitochondria -- the energy powerhouse of the cell -- to break down nitric oxide and efficiently generate more of the energy molecules adenosine triphosphate (ATP). ATP is the energy currency of the cell and optimal ATP production supports health and repair by enabling the cells to perform efficiently and allowing the body to heal.

Advocates say that as little as 15 minutes a day of whole-body vibration three times a week may aid weight loss, burn fat, improve flexibility, enhance blood flow, reduce muscle soreness after exercise, build strength and decrease the stress hormone cortisol.
